Body Comp runs over a 10 week block. During this block you will have bi weekly body fat % measurements, area specific circumference measurements & weight measurements recorded.
The objective of this program is to provide face to face, bi-weekly, support and accountability in conjunction with CrossFit 353 members nutrition program. Each session will conclude with a brief nutrition consultation offering advice & practical tips for reaching your nutrition goals.
