CrossFit at 353 is focused on getting people moving better. We focus on functional movements (squatting, gymnastics, running etc). Our aim at CrossFit 353 is get you moving better and fitter, through safe movements and excellent coaching.
As part of the CrossFit 353 membership, you get access to 1 crossfit class per day and yoga and weightlifting classes on the weekends.
Included in your Membership
CrossFit classes are held at convenient times for you throughout the days of Monday – Friday. We work around busy schedules.
Yoga is on Sundays at 10am. Yoga is the only programmed class for Sunday’s and we encourage members to get down and recover with a world class Yoga & Pilates practitioner!
Included in your CrossFit membership, Olympic Weightlifting is headed up by Coach Andy. Oly runs Saturday mornings at 11. This class is for everyone from beginners to advanced.
What is CrossFit like at 353?
Simply the best hour of your day in terms of investing in your mind, body and general health. All you need to do is show up and we’ll look after the rest. Have you ever been to the gym and not really been sure of what to do? Never again. Head coach Gary programs every workout a week in advance. The coaches do all the workouts so have direct experience of what to expect. If you’ve any questions at all feel free to give us a shout.
We program for the general population here at 353, asking our athletes to be generally decent at all moments instead of excelling in one particular area. We focus on getting our athletes fast, strong, fitter and mobile.
