Warm Up

2mins: any combo-jump jacks, burpee, air squat.

then 3 mins forward roll, hs kick up

 

Gymnastics 

14min e2mom:
10 push ups
Scale to 10 strict hspu or
scale to 10 pike push up
(allowed do 1 hspu then hit 9 pike push up)

 

WOD 

100-90-80: doubles
10-9-8: hang power cleans
scale up power cleans
(7min cap)

After Bash: 10min emom: 10sec lsit, scale to knee raise
