min 1: wallwalk x 3(plank x :30sec).

Min2: 1-10 c2b/pull ups(kipping allowed).

Min 3: pistols x 5/5 to bench/box

 

WOD 

8 rounds for time:

10 burpees,

30 eye height kb swings
