Strength 

partner Handstand playtime x 5mins(donkey kicks, hs kick ups)

Emom x 10mins:

hs push up x 5 reps.

L2 pike push x 5.

L1 push up x 5

 

WOD

5 rounds(12mins):

10 stoh,

10 front squat,

10 power cleans.

L2: hang power cleans,

L1 15 front squat, 15 stoh
