Warm Up 

Lane run x2 then laps of hall with high knees, heel flicks, long lunge stretch, downward dog, hollow arch etc etc

 

Strength

e2:30mom x 15mins:

kb split squats x 8/8(oh, fr rack or farmer grip)

 

WOD

800m run(bridge run),

rest 1 min,

400m run(lane run x 2),

rest 1 min,

200m run(lane run).

score is time taken to complete
