4 mins of 5 no chest to ground burpees, 10 knee push ups 15 air squats into bb prep for clean

 

Strength

every :30sec x 15mins:

1 x power clean.

scale to hang clean 

 

WOD

3 rounds(10min cap):

10 burpee over bar,

10 clean. rx 50/30.

l2: 40/25.

l1: 20 kb swings
