Bear Crawl Up – 5 Knee Pushups, Reverse Bear Crawl Back 5 Air Squats for 4 minsĀ 

 

Strength

10 reps push jerk,

l2 push press,

l1 strict press

 

WOD

Fight Gone Bad:

3 x 5min rounds,

1 min between rounds. For max reps:

1 min wallballs,

1 min box jumps,

1 min kb swings,

1 min cal row,

1 min push press 20/15
