Shadow Boxing
Shoulder Touch 2 x 30s
Knee Touch 2 x 30s
MB “Hot Potato” (1 ball per 5 ppl)
3 x 30s [5 burpees if you have the MB at the end….10 if you chuck it away after the bell!]


Strength (in big room)

20min AMRAP:

in teams of 3- 25ft walking lunges.

rx overhead kb lunge, l2 front rack, l1 farmers



in your same teams.

complete a 20min AMRAP of Cals.

Score is total cals as a team.

must change every 20/15 cals
