Being a coach is a pretty amazing experience. Day in, day out you’re charged with the responsibility of changing lives. You take people who would otherwise be sitting on their couch getting fat and sick and give them the gift of fitness.

Warm up 

Lane run into coach led lines 
Gymnastic strength and skill

Every 90 seconds x 5 sets

Strict hspu x 5 (pike push up as scale)

Rest 1 min

Every 90 seconds x 5 sets

Nose facing hs hold x 30 sec (scale to plank) 
WOD

12min amrap 

200m mb run 

20 mb oh lunge
