In 3 attempts establish a 1rm clean and jerk

Athletes will have 3 attempts to hit a 1rm clean and jerk. 

The heaviest attempt will be scored 

There will be a male and female bar set up. 

You can start at any weight you choose.

Times will go up on Friday for  each weight attempt. Athletes should show up 20mins before their opening weight appears on the time sheet
