Warm up

10 squats-cartwheel up-5 push ups-fwd roll back :

Strength

5mins Every 90secs X 5sets:
pull ups X 5(use band/add weight where needed),
rest 2mins.
Every 90secs X 5sets: push ups X 5(use bench/add weight where needed)

WOD

5 deadlift 100/70kg ,
5/5 oh KB lunge.
15min amrap
