Warm up 

Coach led barbell complex: 10 back squat, 10 oh squat, 10 good mornings, 10 RDL, 10 front squat-elbow hip stretch 1min each side-repeat
Strength 

Front squat e3mom X 15mins 

5reps(have to stay at same weight for all 5sets)
WOD  

4rnds: 

15 KB front squat, 

10 burpees
