Warm up 

5 squats-bear crawl-5 push ups-fwd roll: 5mins

Skill work
 0-5mins hs hold with back facing wall(finger tips should be touching the wall)
6-10: partner bar hold
11-15mins: hs hold with back facing wall.

WOD 

 12min amrap:
40 sit ups,
20 KB swings,
5 bar muscle up
