Today will be our first in a series of Saturday competitions.

Every week we will release a workout on the Friday night and athletes will have between 930-12 to complete it. 

Similar to the open we will run these workouts in heats. All workouts will have a scaling option and will range from 1rm cleans to CrossFit games workouts.
