Warm up

PVC tunnel-over and under, skips, jumps, limbo

Lv 1: e3mom X 15mins-Overhead squat X 5. 

Lv 2: every 90seconds 

8rnds for time: 

3 deadlifts, (120/80)(100/60)(80/40)

12 push ups(6hspu)
