Warm up 

4 way burpee mb toss
5mins: Barbell prep: 3 main points of performance- initiating the squat by sitting back on the heels and hinging at the hip, knees tracking over toes, tight midline through out movement. With the overhead, focus on pushing up with the bar, external rotation

Strength

Lv1: E3mom X 15mins:
Oh squat X 5 reps with 2 sec pause at bottom.
Lv2: emom X 15mins: oh squat X 5

WOD 

10 rnds:
5 deadlifts
10 pull ups(20min cap)
