3sets x 10: pass throughs, oh squat, snatch balance
Barbell prep: hang shrug, pull, power

Strength

E3mom X 15mins:
1 X hang snatch bellow knee,
1 X hang snatch above knee,
1 X power snatch.
Catch each rep in power position and pause 3 sec
+
band pull aparts X 5 reps:across, diagonal, diagonal, behind neck

WOD 

5rounds:
10burpees,
20 wb,
40 doubles
Scale doubles to 5.
