Half tabatta: bear crawl, squat, hollow hold, arch hold (8mins total)
Skill work

Squat therapy-
wall squats,
counter balance squats,
pistol progressions
15mins here to wrk on people’s squat.
For advanced progress onto overhead squat, just with bar but narrowing grip as people go on.
WOD

500m row repeats,
go every 6mins
X 3.
