WARM UP

5min Amrap: 10 banded scap pulls, 10 squats, 5/5 ankle hops,30sec hollow hold
GYMNASTICS 

Looking for max reps, 2mins in each station, work in teams Of 2:
strict pull ups,
push ups(strict hspu),
doubles, 2min hollow hold(note time if below 2mins)
Attempts must be unbroken, be tight and honest on standards
WOD

 In teams of 2 complete Amrap in 12mins:
20 box jumps,
20 KB lunges(10/10) Athlete 1 Must complete 20 box jumps before athlete 2 starts box jumps
