Warm up

PVC/BB 5min Amrap: 5 reps-front squat, oh squat, back squat, 30sec hollow hold
Strength

3rm back squat
WOD 

  7min Amrap:
1 front squat, 10 doubles,
2 front squat, 20 doubles,
3 & 30…..
Make your way as far up the ladder as you can
50/40/30-guys.
40/30/20-girls.
Scale for doubles is same reps as front squat
