Tabatta 4rnds each exercise(2mins each): air squat, bear crawls(stay on exercise until change over), hollow
Strength

E3mom x 15mins:
front squat 5 reps
+ single arm KB press X 8/8
WOD 

15min emom:
min1: 8 ttb(k2e),
min 2: 10 push press,
min 3: 12 lunges
then complete 3 rounds for time
50/35 (40/25kg) 20/15
