In a moving circle: toes walks, heel walks, run, high knees, heel flicks, lunges, bear walks, crab walk
Strength

E3Mom X 15mins:
3 reps back squat
+ push ups X 5reps(add weight if needed)- goal here is 5 clean reps, scale using box If athlete has 5reps of 40kg+(20kg)wtd push ups, progress onto hspu 3-5reps
WOD

deadlifts
60-50-40-30
doubles.
