20 jumping jacks, 10 lune twists, 10 pull aparts X 5mins
Strength

E3Mom X 15mins:
3 reps back squat
+ push ups X 5reps(add weight if needed)- goal here is 5 clean reps, scale using box
If athlete has 5reps of 40kg+(20kg)wtd push ups, progress onto hspu 3-5reps

200m penalty if you break on wb or swing
