Tabatta lunge pass throughs and bear crawls(stay on exercise until change over)
Strength

E2mom x 16mins:
Lv 1: pause front squats-5sec at top, 3 sec at bottom x 3reps.
Lv 2: 5 reps
WOD 

 3rnds:
mod 1: 50 wb(10/6), 100 doubles
mod 2: 50wb(6/5),20 doubles*allow athlete to scale to 50doubles
