20 jumping jacks, 10 lune twists, 10 pull aparts X 5mins

E3Mom X 15mins:
3 reps back squat
+ push ups X 5reps(add weight if needed)

Bridge run,
20 lunges,
60 sit ups(hollow rocks),
20 lunges
bridge run*lunges are front rack and reverse 60/40,40/20
