400m run, 2rnds PVC: 10 good mornings, 10 oh lunges, 10 back squat, 10 pass through


 E3mom x 15mins deadlift off blocks- barbell should be just below the knee 

Lv1: 8-5-3-8-5-3 

lv2: 5 reps


 100 KB lunges for time. 

Every time KB are dropped. 200m run
