15secs each exercise X 3rnds: jump jacks, air squats, mountain climbers, jump squats then 3rnds, hollow, Arch, side plank left and right

EMOM x 12mins:
Min 1: Hang snatch pull x 2,
min 2: hang power snatch x 2

 15min Amrap:
10 push ups,
20 swings,
200m run(scale up to double arm swings)
