Warm up

400m run, 2rnds PVC: 10 good mornings, 10 oh lunges, 10 back squat, 10 pass through
Strength

E3mom x 15mins:
deadlift off blocks- barbell should be just below the knee.
Lv1: 8-5-3-8-5-3
Lv2: 5reps
WOD 

 5rnds of 60seconds Max cals.
Rest 2mins between efforts.
Goal is to get your heart rate as high as you can
