Warm up

400m run, 2rnds PVC: 10 good mornings, 10 oh lunges, 10 back squat, 10 pass through
Strength

E3mom x 15mins:
Lv1: 8-5-3-8-5-3
Lv2: 5reps
deadlift off blocks-
barbell should be just below the knee. Huge focus on start position- athletes prime focus is start position and getting under tension before lift.  
WOD

EMOM x 12mins:
Mod 1: hang clean x 3, 6 ttb.
mod 2: kb swings x 12, knee raise x 6.
5min skill prep on ttb
