Warm up
8min amrap:
20 jumping jacks, 15 hollow crunches, 10 scap pull ups, 5 scap push ups
5min amrap:
6 unbroken ttb
rest 2mins;
5min amrap:
6 push ups
Scale accordingly-work has to be done in reps of 6. Break as needed between efforts.

2rnds change every 3mins:
3min Max cals,
straight into 2min Max burpees(1min rest),
straight into 1mins Max doubles(rest 2mins)
