15pass throughs at each oh squat depth @1/4,1/2, full
Movement prep: barbell prep and thoracic twists

Strength: Lv1: Front squat holds: 6 at top, 3at bottom
Lv 2: 5 reps

WOD: 3rnds:
21 push up
15 pull ups(c2b\ring row)
9 deadlift(has to be done in 3’s) (60/35)
