20sec squat hold with band
10 good mornings(PVC)

Strength: E2MOM X 12mins
Lv 1: Tempo deadlift 4141(4 seconds on way up, 4 seconds on way down) x 3 reps.
Lv 2: 5 reps(scale pull from plates if mobility poor)
WOD :EMOM x 20mins:
odd 3 x power cleans
even 6 x box jumps
