Warm up: 5min amrap: 10 lunges, 10 ring rows, 10 PVC thrusters
Shoulder activation: 3 stations 1mineach- band pull aparts(d1/d2), shoulder pass throughs, snow angels

EMOM x 5 mins: 6pull ups
rest 2mins
EMOM x 5mins 6 push ups-band/weight used must stay the same over course of pull up program

21min EMOM:
1) 10 x burpees
2) 3 wall walks
3) 10 knee raise/ttb
