Warm up: 5mins:
3min amrap: bear crawl up-lunge twist squat back
2min amrap: doubles practice

Glute activation 3rnds: partner is the trigger- ankle walks with band up and back, partner does banded good mornings
Strength
Lv 1: Halting deadlift: with 3 sec pause at knee on way up and down x4reps. Lv 2: 5 reps(scale to RDL if needed)

WOD
7min amrap:
1-2-3 etc h.cleans
10-20-30etc doubles
