WOD 15min EMOM:
min 1-deadlift x 5(60,65,70,75,80)
min 2- hollow hold40sec
min 3- 5 Wall walks
rest 5mins then
15min EMOM:
min 1-20 walking lunges
min 2- ttb x 10
min 3- bench x 5
