Warm up: 1 burpee, 1 push up, 1 jumping jack, 1 sit ups, 1 handstand-5min amrap

Movement prep: Quad hip opener 1min each side, squat hold 1min: back squat prep

Strength: E2mom x 12mins:
back squat x 3(build to 3rm)
then e2mom x 4mins set at 95%, set at 90%
