Gymnastic skills- snap to hollow and archs warm up-
muscle up drills:
hollow to arch on bar(toes pointed, heels tight)
hollow to bow
HS drills: work on headstands, kipping hspu, strict hspu, hs holds

set 1:10reps, 65%
set 2: 10 reps, 75%
set 3: 8 reps, 80%
set 4: 6reps, 85%
set 5:4reps , 90%

WOD Emom x20mims:
odd min kb swings x 15
even min push press x 15 50/30kg
