Warm up: 4 lines: marchers, high knees, heel flicks, over unders, lunge twist squat, spidey lunges, crab walks. Leg swings and scorpions
Movement prep: Burgner warm up and skill transfer
Strength: Take 15mins to work on:
clean pull with pause at knee(slow first pull, keep brace) + hang clean
WOD 21min EMOM:
min 1: DB snatch 10/10
min 2: 30 unbroken doubles
min 3: 10 knee to elbows-toe to bars
