Warm up: 3mins of single leg skips:
oh squat holds at 3 levels(1/4,1/2,full) with 10x pass throughs.
Squat hold at 90* with hip circles. Drunk birds
Movement prep: Barbell prep

Strength: E3mom x 15mins:
back squat x 10(build to 10rm)
then e3mom x 6mins set at 95%, set at 90%

Buddy WOD: partner a works while partner b rests
curb run
8 thrusters
8 pull ups
