Warm up: 4 lines: marchers, high knees, heel flicks, over unders, lunge twist squat, spidey lunges, crab walks. Leg swings and scorpions
Movement prep: Burgner warm up and skill work
Strength: Take 15mins to build to a heavy complex of:
high hang clean + hang clean

WOD 4rnds:
3 squat cleans(scale is 10 front rack goblet squats)
400m run
8 chest to bars(10ring rows)
