marchers, lunge sprwist air squat, high knees, heel flicks, over unders, crab walks, sidey lunges

A2) Burneger warm up and skill transfer. Oh squat pass throughs @ 3 depths

B) Take 15mins to build to a heavy complex of: high hang clean + hang clean
C) 5min amrap:
7 wall balls
7 hrpu
Rest 2mins
5min amrap
7 pull ups
7 kb swings
