Air squat
Pass throughs
Overhead squat

Movement prep: squat and activation

Strength Front squat holds
10mins to build to a heavy 1rep of 5sec hold in bottom, 10sec hold at top(tight tummy, glutes switched on) 5sec hold at bottom
Then E2MOM x 6mins(3 sets): 3reps @ 80% of weight lifted that day
WOD 4rnds for time:
600m run
15 press ups
5 deadlifts 100/70
