Warm Up: 600m team run

Movement prep: Leg swings-forward,back and to side 10 each leg, scorpions 10 each side) burgner warm up

Strength: Every 90 seconds x 12mims:
1 x power clean with 2-3 sec hold in catch position
1 x hang clean with 2-3sec hold in bottom position
Death by hang cleans- first min do 1 hang clean, 2nd min do 2hang clean, etc etc until can’t complete within minute 3/4 bw for guys, 1/2 bw for girls
