Warm up: 5min amrap: curb run, 10 air squats, 5 mb slams
Movement prep: 8min amrap- 10 floor band pull aparts, 5/5 single arm press, 30 sec batwing plank

Strength: Every 90seconds x 12mins
Push press x 4 reps with 3 sec hold overhead(big focus on stability overhead)

WOD Grace:
30 clean and jerks for time(scale to hang clean and jerks- has to be singles no touch and go)
60/40 Rx
