Warm up: 3mins of skipping( singles, doubles, single leg)
Movement prep:
Leg swings-forward,back and to side 10 each leg, scorpions 10 each side) burgner warm up

Strength: Every 90 seconds x 12mims:
1 x power clean with 2-3 sec hold in catch position
1 x hang clean with 2-3sec hold in bottom position
WOD Karen:
150 wall balls for time
