EMOM x5mins 3strict chins-use band/add weight, rest 3mins then EMOMx5mins 3strict dips using boxes/bench/add weight

EMOM x 15mins: wall walk x 2, Max air squats in remaining time  – Max air squats in 30 seconds and record ur reps in remaining time

Downward dog to cobra 1min total cycle between the two
