5min amrap- 2 walk outs (inch worms), 2 press ups, hold hip stretch 5 seconds each side

Take 15mins to establish a 1rm strict press

3x4min amraps-1:5 stoh:50/30, 10(5/5) lunges… 2:10 deadlifts 50/30, 15 box jumps…3: 15wall balls, 30 sit ups..1min between roundsĀ 

Quad sit back 30 seconds, lat stretch 30 seconds x2
