6min amrap- side walks up the rig with band, 5 banded good mornings at top of rig 5 squat to stands at bottom

Barbell prep-5mins

Take 20mins to establish a 1rm deadlift   

5rnds for time: 10 ttb, 10 box jumps, 10 thrusters-40/30: scale ttb to knee raises/k2e(15min cap) thrusters scaled to goblets

Lower back roll outs to pike and pancake
