Movement prep:Burgner warm up

Strength: EMOM x 12mins:
clean pull from floor x 1, hang clean x2

WOD:
100 wall balls for time
EMOM 5x burpees

Cool down: 2 mins 10 on 10 off partnered pancake split pulls & bends – band where required.
